Think: Track & Field.
The students are divided into 4 "houses" (teams) for various events throughout the year. My kids are in the Edmonson House.
This morning, Zach couldn't wait to get running! Unfortunately, Aubs and Bryson were sick, and stayed home. Tay & I are sick too (ugh), but we weren't about to miss out on watching Zach race.

Here are a few photos from the day. Kindy does their own set of activities, while Years 3-6 do shot put, discus and high-jump. Then everyone starts the running races (organized into boy & girl age groups). Zach took 4th in the boys age 5 group. We thought that put him into the finals, so we stuck around. He was pretty disappointed when his name wasn't called to run again. But, after a few tears, he cheered on his friends, and then we headed home.

Wow Zach! Way to do your best and be a good sport. You are going to be a great big brother to Taylor.
